Situated on the Margate sea shore in front of the refurbished fishing pier, Dolphin View apartments offer uninterrupted and endless views over Margate main beach, the coastline and ocean beyond.  While the front of the complex offers direct access to the sea, the rear of the complex adjoins the main road of the holiday town, giving direct access to a wide selection of shops, eateries, pubs and entertainment activities.  Except for visiting the abundance of activities and outings available on the South Coast, you will have no need for a car during your stay as everything you'll want and need for a perfect seaside holiday is on your doorstep. Our budget apartment at Dolphin View offers value-for-money accommodation in an ideal location, at the seaside with spectacular views.  With two bedrooms and sleeper couches in the lounge it comfortably accommodates six guests - the main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two single beds, and there are a sleeper couch in the living area.  The full bathroom has both a shower and a bath.  
The kitchen is well equipped for all your day to day cooking and catering needs, including a deep freezer for your fishing catches and an indoor dining table to enjoy them at.  It is open plan to a comfortable lounge area with flat screen television. The main bedroom and lounge have great sea views and open through sliding doors onto a large covered balcony with an outdoor dining suite, built-in charcoal braai, and of course those breathtaking sea views. 
The complex is secure with remote controlled electric gate entrance and the unit is allocated two undercover parking bays (in tandem).  Linen is provided for all the beds and sleeper couches but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels.  Daily servicing is available on request. This is a budget unit which is semi modern it is clean and comfortable, offers all the amenities and great sea views. 
The local area offers an abundance of attractions and activities.  With nine world class courses the area is popular with golfers;  scuba divers flock to our world famous reefs and wrecks;  and families charter ocean safaris, deep sea fishing or shark cage diving trips.  The magnificent Oribi Gorge, a 400m deep and 5km wide canyon, offers spectacular view sites and game drives, as well as a host of adrenalin activities including the world's highest bungi swing and world's first 'straight-down' 1km zipline, abseiling down a waterfall, white water rafting, suspension bridges, downhill scooter tours, horse riding and 4X4.  The Wild Coast Sun Casino is home to a water theme park with some of the world's fastest rides and their river club offers water skiing, jet skis, speedboats, tube rides and booze cruises.  We have butterfly, snake and crocodile farms with the world's oldest croc;  the world's smallest desert; a motor racing and drifting circuit; and our local airport offers daily flights to Johannesburg and scenic helicopter flips over the area and adjacent Wild Coast.  But most people visit simply for our perpetual warm weather and shark protected, world-class Blue Flag status beaches and lagoons with canoes, pedal boats, umbrellas and beach chairs for hire; and ice cream, cocktails and curios for sale.  Host to the famous Sardine Run and revolving beach events, there is never a dull moment on the South Coast.
